Hi, I am Roger Caramanica, owner of FirstPerson. I am a self-professed (and often confirmed) Nerd with a passion for talent, organizational development, video and tabletop games and all things people. My focus on learning is steeped in Emotional Intelligence theories.  FirstPerson offers coaching, consulting and group training built upon the theory that this life is much like a game, you are the main character and this is your journey. That doesn't mean you have to go it alone, deep and meaningful connections are required to achieve your success.
